If Not This, Then That:
⬇️🥚 To decrease protein, omit protein powder and decrease cottage cheese serving.
⬇️🥯 To decrease carbs, use half amount of fresh berries.
⬆️ 🥑To increase fat, add sliced almonds.

Ingredients

  • 725 grams of fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

  • 1132 grams of small curd, fat-free cottage cheese

  • 2 squeezes of liquid stevia

  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 scoop of vanilla-flavored egg white protein powder (optional)

Preparation

  1. Wash all berries; set aside.

  2. Add cottage cheese, liquid stevia, vanilla extract, and protein powder to blend.

  3. Toss in fresh berries on top.

  4. Blend until well mixed.

  5. Separate "cheesecake" into 5 mason jars.
